? Accountant (SAIPA) | Engineering industry | Cape Town, Northen Suburbs
Salary: R420/R480 000.00 per annum
Location: Northern Suburbs, Cape Town

Type: Permanent | Full-Time
Our client, a reputable machinery engineering and supply company based in the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town, is looking for a SAIPA-qualified Accountant to join their dynamic finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified professional or someone with post-articles experience who is eager to take on a full accounting role in a hands-on environment.
? Key Responsibilities

• Full accounting function up to trial balance
• Debtors and creditors management
• Bank, supplier, and general ledger reconciliations
• Assisting with monthly management accounts
• Processing and maintaining financial records accurately and efficiently
• Supporting audit processes and financial reporting
• Experience working on Syspro (beneficial but not essential)

? Requirements

• SAIPA qualification (newly qualified or post-articles experience advantageous)
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and reconciliations
• Experience with full accounting functions
• Proficiency in debtors/creditors management
• Syspro experience highly beneficial
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
