A BCom degree in Accounting (or similar) is the foundation for the professional wexe2x80x99re looking for. A CIMA qualification is advantageous. But not a xe2x80x9cmustxe2x80x9d. Youxe2x80x99ll also need a 3 - 5 yearsxe2x80x99 experience as an Accountant in the manufacturing or FMCG industry to thrive in this role. Proficiency in MS Office and SAP is a must, ensuring you can navigate the digital landscape of modern accounting. Experience in supervising staff will set you apart, as youxe2x80x99ll be a key player in the finance team. Your deep knowledge in analysing financial reports, budgets, forecasts, costing, and more is your ticket to success here.
