R30 - R 55000 per month N/Subs Well-known company in the property industry requires the services of an Accountant. This post is earmarked for promotion and an excellent opportunity for developing your career within Facilities Management, Valuations and broking channels
Matric
3 year qualification in Accounting essential
3 years experience post-qualification
Computer Literacy essential including Property Administration software advantages
Excel intermediate at least
Completed articles' advantages but not essential
Cashflow / Ledgers / Recons / Financial Accounting / Contracts / FICA/ Tenant liaison / Queries / Council recons / SLA's etc
Compliance and Risk will form part of the portfolio
