ACCOUNTANT, R27-R30k, Pta East - (MUST be able to start within one week) Company in the Medical/Beauty Industry require the following: HOURS: Weekdays 07h50 - 17h00, Fridays till 15h00, Every 2nd Saturday a month (could be negotiated) 07h50- 15h30. One afternoon a month off Completed Financial Degree

• Processing of Customer orders
• Processing of invoices and account statements
• Processing bank statements and reconcile bank account daily
• Maintain Inventory on Pastel & SmartEdge and deal with stocktaking and stock variance reports
• Prepare monthly creditors reconciliations and corresponding payments
• Pastel Partner & SmartEdge Maintenance of accounts
• Ensure proper audit trial of accounting transactions and relevant supporting documents
• Implement and maintain internal controls of preventing fraudulent activities
• Compile Financial Statements
• Compile Monthly Management Statements
• Manage the company cash flow and comply cash flow statements
• Assisting in the Merge with new Company
• Processing Creditorxe2x80x99s Invoices
• Manage debtors and follow up on all outstanding payments
• Manage Inventory within the company and interact with suppliers
• Manage staff payroll and calculation of Commission and expense claims.
• Compile and submit all SARS documentation such as VAT, TAX, PAYE,

SDL, UIF, Employee leave and Annual fees

• Provide financial training to company staff
• Assist with finance audits
• Establish and maintain client databases on Pastel and SmartEdge
• Source packaging and raw material on request
• Imports/Exports
• Interact with printing suppliers with regards to marketing material and prices
• Any other related financial tasks and activities as requested.
• Group Company accounting.
