Responsibilities:
- Preparation and presentation of accurate monthly Management Accounts (4 Retail Stores) according to monthly reporting deadline.
- Review of Creditors reconciliations
- Year-end audit file preparation
- Debtors and creditors reconciliations
- Cashbooks and reconciliations
- Credit card & other control account reconciliations
- Accruals
- Management team payroll for 4 companies
- Payroll journals
- Stock journals
- Cash flow and projections
- Sales reports
- Intercompany payments/transactions/loan accounts
- EMP201s, EMP501s, IRP5s
- VAT201 preparation & submission
- Preparation of monthly labour cost summary for the group
- BCom or SAIPA / AGA(SA) with 2 years post articles experience
- Experience in the retail (Spar or supermarket would be advantageous)
- Sage Evolution
- Sigma (advantageous)
- Own transport essential
- Own reliable transport
