Opportunity for an AccountantAre you a detail-oriented accounting professional with a passion for numbers and a strong understanding of end-to-end financial processes? A global leader in the pharmaceutical industry is seeking a dedicated Accountant to join their high-performing finance team.Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full accounting function, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, fixed assets, and reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in accordance with relevant standards and deadlines.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, tax filings, and internal controls.
- Contribute to process improvements to enhance financial accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders as needed.
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 35 years experience in a similar accounting role, preferably within a multinational or pharmaceutical environment.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
