Submit your CV toDuties:

• Provide technical guidance on the application of IFRS 17 and document key decisions around the companyxe2x80x99s methodology and interpretation.
• Assist with finalising, implementing and testing of the IFRS 17 financial reporting process. This will include assistance with the integration of the IFRS 17 software with the accounting administration systems.
• Assist with development and finalisation of IFRS 17 compliant financial statements and management reports.
• Be responsible for the development of communication and training to relevant internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the rest of the Finance Team to ensure the successful implementation and integration of IFRS 17 into finance processes.
• Liaising with internal and external assurance providers to provide assurance on IFRS 17.

Job Experience & Skills Required:
Qualifications:

• Matric (Grade 12)
• BCom Accounting
• BCom Honours
• CA(SA)

Experience:

• Completed SAICA Articles.
• Minimum of 3 yearsxe2x80x99 post articles experience in a technical role.
• Experience in working for a listed company is beneficial.
• Experience in the insurance industry is beneficial.
