What you'll do:
- Manage and maintain full financial accounting functions, including reconciliations, reporting, and compliance.
- Oversee monthly management accounts, budgets, and variance analysis.
- Support the external audit process and ensure accurate year-end close.
- Drive process improvements and financial controls across operations.
- Partner with management to provide financial insights that guide strategic decisions.
- CA(SA) qualification preferred, or completed SAICA articles with solid post-article experience.
- Strong technical accounting knowledge and attention to detail.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently.
Location: West Rand, Gauteng
Availability: Immediate or short notice period preferred
