A leading real estate investment with a diverse portfolio of retail properties across the region is seeking a talented Accountant to join their team and help drive their financial success.

Duties:
- A FULL bookkeeping functions to trial balance
- Full Cashbook and creditors experience
- Maintain FA register and depreciation
- Maintain Amortisation schedules
- Strong reconciliations abilities
- Must be able to do management accounts and monthly KPI and management reports
- Cash flow report, income statement, balance sheet etc.
- Monthly VAT returns and annual VAT reconciliations
- Year-end Journals and Preparation for Audit of listed company
- Drafting of Annual Financial Statements will be an advantage
- Company TAX calculations and submissions will be an advantage
Qualifications:
- Matric (Grade 12)
- BCom Accounting
- Min 5 yearsxe2x80x99 experience in accounting
- Listed exposure is a BIG plus
- Experience on MDA and in property industry will be a requirement.
- Solid knowledge of MDA / MRI Property Systems
- Proven experience in accounting and financial analysis.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
