Position Title: Accountant FTC

Mccain South Africa is looking to appoint an individual on a 6 months fixed term period to maintain and monitor cost controls for Selling General and Administration (SG&A), maintain correct classification and accuracy of Fixed Asset Register (FAR) and ensure McCain South Africa is tax compliant.
Key Responsibilities
xe2x96xaa Completion of tax pack and supporting tax schedule
xe2x96xaa Maintain, validate monthly reconciliation of tax asset register with fixed asset register
xe2x96xaa Preparation of tax pack and liaise with Global tax department and auditors for submission to SARS
xe2x96xaa Quarterly tax pack completion for consolidation pack submission
xe2x96xaa Preparation and submission of provisional tax returns
xe2x96xaa SARS query resolutions for income tax
xe2x96xaa ISD14 audit on tax income return and/or verification and audit of the tax calculation.
xe2x96xaa Transfer pricing Masterfile and local file preparation and liaison with Global plus submission to SARS
xe2x96xaa Forecast tax calculations
xe2x96xaa Provisional tax return
xe2x96xaa Excel, PowerPoint, word, outlook
Qualification and Experience

• Matric
• Minimum Financial Accounting Diploma preferably a B Comm.
• 3+ years of fixed asset accounting experience. Bachelor's degree in accounting preferred.
• Must be detail oriented.
• 3+ plus years of fixed asset accounting and income tax
• SAP
