You'll be responsible for consolidated Business Performance reporting, including insights and analysis, standardised reporting frameworks, and consistent internal processes to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting requirements. The role also covers financial modelling, consolidated revenue assurance and balance sheet substantiation reporting, and the implementation and ongoing maintenance of cost recovery models. In addition, you'll support key finance operations including authorisation of electronic payments and the generation of Certificates of Balance.

What You'll Do
Build, implement, and maintain a full cost recovery model, including driver analysis and activity-based costing
Enable budgeting and forecasting cycles, including guidelines, data collection, model updates, and consolidated pack/presentation support for leadership approvals
Improve and automate internal reporting processes, models, and service level alignment with stakeholders
Support monthly consolidated pack processes through data collection, validation, and risk/dependency management
Strengthen controls and risk management by updating procedures, contributing to risk registers, and resolving audit matters
Review and authorise electronic payments in line with delegation of power and payment procedures
Prepare Certificates of Balance and provide substantiated recalculations for legal and client matters
Process internal purchase requisitions in SAP MM, including budget checks, releases, goods receipts, and procurement follow-ups
What You Bring
CA(SA) qualification
Completed audit articles and registration with a recognised professional body (e.g., SAICA)
5+ years post-articles experience across business partnering, financial reporting, management accounting, and business strategy/analysis
Strong IFRS/IAS reporting knowledge and insight-driven financial analysis capability
Advanced Excel skills, including financial modelling
Experience with financial reporting systems (SAP / SAP BI or similar)
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively through ambiguity
Willingness to travel occasionally and work extended hours when required
