Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance (essential)
Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a similar role within the construction sector
Proficiency in Buildsmart accounting software (non-negotiable)
Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and cost control
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
Manage full accounting function including general ledger, reconciliations, and financial reporting
Oversee project costing and ensure accurate allocation of expenses
Prepare monthly management accounts and assist with audits
Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure financial compliance
Support the finance team with ad hoc tasks and process improvements
