Manage the three team members
Evaluate and document team member performances every quarter
Deal with the performance issues
Assisting each team member in carrying out their responsibilities by providing direction and leadership grows while working
Ensuring that the team meets its KPI goals
Timely reviews of weekly payroll
Review and approve each supplier
Examine balance sheet reconciliations monthly
Review the bank reconciliation every day
Preparing all balance sheet reconciliations for the balance sheet related to salaries and wages
Manage cash movements
Assist with preparations of budget schedules
Qualifications and experience required:
4-5 years of accounting experience
Staff management experience
