Job Description
Western Cape, CPT - CBD R 32500 - R 42500 Monthly Cost To Company (Market related, Negotiable) Our client a large concern in the manufacturing industry is currently looking to employ an Accountant, to be able to commence their duties soonest General Description: To play a pivotal role as a link between finance departments at the head office. Duties:
- VAT Recon review and submissions
- EMP Recon review and submissions
- Monthly payroll review
- Review monthly journals and recons (Fixed Assets, Inventory, Loans, Commissions, Sales, and Banking)
- Prepare and publish timely monthly management accounts
- Review of weekly and monthly payments and creditor recons
- Support month-end and year-end close process
- Assist with monthly and yearly audits
- Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances
- Financial Qualification / or more than 5 years experience in a similar role.
- Syspro Experience and Excel will count in your favour
- Debtor finance experience (Advantageous)
- Clear Credit and Criminal Record
