Maintenance of Fixed Asset Register
Calculation of property valuations
Annual budget preparation and finalization
Assist with audit for all entities
Assist with annual and bi-annual tax computations
Monthly reporting
Analysis and reporting on budgetary variances per property
Balance sheet recons and reporting
Preparation of monthly management pack
Monthly reconciliation of all loans and interest calculations
VAT reasonability and finalization for all entities
Processing of daily and monthly journals including but not limited to:
Deferred incentives
Loan adjustments
Depreciation
Salaries
Accruals
Maintain an understanding of each property through site visits.
Ad hoc financial analysis
Preparation and maintenance of adjustment accounts
Preparation of feasibilities
Prompt query resolution with internal staff
Assist management with projects within the finance department.
Any finance-related tasks that may be required from time to time
Skills & Experience:
Deadline driven
Good understanding of VAT
Property experience beneficial
Qualification:
Finance degree + SAIPA/SAICA articles
