Position ACCOUNTS MANAGER X2
Location: Tzaneen, Limpopo
Type: Permanent
Start Date: 8 January 2024 Company/ Our client Our client is a leading Agricultural ERP System, providing producers with true cloud software to complement their operational requirements. Their software package is unique, as it integrates all production activities into a single management platform. It is a true cloud-based application that enables producers to monitor and control their operations from anywhere in the world, by using a web-browser, or mobile device running Android or Apple iOS. About the role The ideal candidate will be responsible to manage, build and maintain client accounts and relationships. This will require the ability to communicate efficiently within a boardroom set- ting, work with CEOs and Directors (All other role players) to determine minimum requirements and provide project feedback. Qualities of a suitable candidate include the ability to work independently, manage your time effectively, have strong problem-solving skills, and a high standard of communication skills in English or Afrikaans (both verbal and written) Key Responsibilities

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and expectations working towards project goals and objectives
• Manage client accounts - Work closely with the operations managers to manage timelines, budgets, resource requirements, deliverable outlines, risk, progress, and stakeholder feed- back - Work sessions
• Facilitate work sessions with the client to demonstrate standard product functionality
• Scoping sessions - Facilitate process flow scoping sessions with the client to determine deliverables, compile scope and business rule documentation
• Collaboration with internal teams
• Facilitate Internal discussion and feedback sessions with project and development teams
• Basic development - Tec stack basic development, internal training, and support will be pro- vided
• Internal Testing - Facilitate internal testing to ensure project deliverables are met at the required standards
• Training - Assist with internal and client training regarding client database functionality
• Implementation - Facilitate on-site modular and functionality implementation
• Support queries - Assist the support team to resolve support queries from Implemented modules
• Weekly catch-up meetings with all role players involved in the current implementation process

Key Measurables

• Manage Project Hours (Budgeted, quoted, and non-billable)
• Monthly client billing and user license recons finalised on time
• Client Business needs analysed and implemented in project solutions
• Report project progress to management and client (Timeline and sprint progress)
• Management support, effective teamwork, and communication
• Documented module business rules & how to guide

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Project Management, Agri-Business Management, Business Analyst, or related field.
• 1-2 years of work experience in the relevant field.
• Knowledge of the farming industry would be advantageous but not required.

Package and Remuneration R20k - R25k Including benefits Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: R20,000.00 - R25,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
