Job Title: Account Manager (Transportation & P&C Insurance)
Type: Full-time, Independent Contractor
Location: Remote
Work hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM US time zone
Overview:
The Account Manager will be responsible for managing and maintaining client accounts in trucking, property & casualty, manufacturing, and construction insurance. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver excellent client service in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients.
Manage day-to-day client requests, renewals, endorsements, and certificates.
Support producers and executives with quoting, proposals, and account set-up.
Maintain client data in Momentum (AMS) and Go High Level/Salesforce (CRM).
Ensure timely delivery of insurance documentation, contracts, and compliance requirements.
Build strong client relationships and identify opportunities for upselling/cross-selling.
Qualifications:
2+ years insurance experience (preferred in trucking or commercial P&C).
Excellent spoken and written English.
Experience with AMS/CRM systems (Momentum, Salesforce, Go High Level a plus).
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Zoom Phone/RingCentral.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Coachable, trustworthy, and eager to grow with the company.
