Job Description

Job Summary Professionally and efficiently manage customer telephonic and email engagement with a view to maximizing customer satisfaction. To support all other team members and their associated database of clients (telephonic, order placing, quoting, delivery, PODs, queries, payments etc.) Working closely with external sales, product managers and BDMs, debtors, logistics to resolve matters and communicate about prospective deals. Update tracking documents to ensure customer detail accuracy and allow proactive marketing. Drive sales to meet team monthly, quarterly and annual gross profit targets. Manage the sourcing and delivery of products to the customer providing daily updates to customers. Follow up on outbound marketing campaigns. Ensure customer awareness of incentives through telephonic and electronic engagement. Deal with and efficiently direct all internal and customer related queries. Back order follow up and executing of queries including offering alternative in-stock items. Develop, understand and engage in process, procedures and back office management. Maintain excellent customer relationships. Achieve allocated targets.
