We are seeking a driven, team player who can add value to a thriving team. In this role, Account Managers serve as the primary point of contact for all publisher client matters. You will be responsible for servicing client relationships through providing recommendations and solutions You will also collaborate with the Ad Operations and Sales teams to help move client business forward. You will become an expert on managing client expectations and goals in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:

Build rapport and maintain regular, proactively outreach to publisher clients on ongoing basis.
Establish client goals and expectations while responding to client inquiries and concerns in a timely fashion.
Upsell and cross-sell existing and emerging products, solutions and services that meet the client's needs and increase revenue.
Lead client calls and resolve client challenges with exceptional customer service.
Participate in meetings with the Sales team regularly to review the status, issues, and opportunities for maximization across sites.
Collaborate with the Sales team to create and execute short-term go-live plans for new clients.
Understand each deal and what the client wants in a partnership.
Learn client's internal platforms, placement strategies, and technical integrations.
Master all features in our platform with an understanding of what features should be engaged to ensure maximum revenue and client satisfaction.
Candidate Requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of experience
Experience in AdTech, digital advertising or any related fields
2+ years of consultative, sales or account management experience in the online advertising or media industry required
Schedule is Monday-Friday 9:30am-5:30pm EST
Previous client-facing experience, strong communication and interpersonal skills
An ability to grow client relationships and revenue through upselling products, solutions and services
A collaborator and a contributor who will work cross functionally with a variety of teams
Effective time management and organization skills with an ability to prioritize deadlines
Comfortable working with numbers, data and insights
Familiarity with campaign performance indicators: CPC, CTR, VTR and Viewability, etc.
Strong capabilities in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets and other similar tools
