Summary:
The experiential account manager/project manager plays a key role in our agency's client services department. This individual will be responsible for managing and overseeing the successful execution of experiential marketing campaigns and projects from inception to completion. The role requires a unique blend of account management, project management, and creative thinking to deliver memorable and impactful experiences for our client.
The role includes but is not limited to:
Client management
Project planning
Budget planning and management
Creative briefing
Managing external suppliers
Execution oversight
Sourcing and managing influencers
Reporting and analysis
Negotiation skills
Supplier management
Comfortable dealing with clients at all levels
Managing and running integrated status meetings
Ability to problem solve
Some exposure to digital marketing or advertising advantageous.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications or a similar field.
Five + years' experience.
Proven experience in account management within an experiential agency.
Experience in FMCG or alcohol brands is a plus.
Excellence in Microsoft Office - Excel and Powerpoint specifically
To note:
The role is CT based.
Four days in office, one day WFH.
The role requires travel within Africa for up to 7-10 days at a time.
Own transport essential.
Valid passport essential.
Other:
Start date: early January 2024 preferred.
Salary dependant on experience.
