Job Description


Who we're looking for:
someone to effectively manage & implement the integrated marketing communication requirements of client(s) through having a deep understanding of consumers & client's business, using agency processes to deliver projects on time, within budget and to specification, building strong & enduring client-agency working relationships
What you'll be doing:
Work as member of the team in implementing effective timely communications by applying agreed Agency processes and procedures
Builds and maintains effective working relationships with others - client & agency to deliver effective client service
In-depth and up-to-date knowledge of the client's business, including competitive activity, local and global industry and consumer trends
Coordinates & prepares for meetings and presentations - chairs meetings where necessary
Coordinates team integration for brand communication strategy development
Implements creative communication activities
Implements communication production for all elements
Ensures effectiveness of communication is measured (where applicable)
Manages brand office administration and communication - call reports, weekly status etc.
Manage brand history file (i.e. monthly report or competitor report)
Develop & manage budgets & billings
Proactively communicates with Client ensures Client expectations are understood and met in Client meetings
Manages sign-off/approval process of work
Assist in internal & external expectations
Assists in managing WIP & resolves accounts queries with AD
Manages AE tasks identified by manager (where applicable)
Manage day to day ad hoc briefs
Open to and active in sharing knowledge/intelligence
Contribute by effecting innovation that builds a positive agency culture, and actively foster or participate in fostering a positive work environment.
What you'll need:
Must have a minimum of 2-4 years of experience in Account Management within an agency
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant project management software.
Demonstrated success in managing client relationships and delivering results. Experience working with a variety of clients across different industries is a plus.
A strong understanding of various marketing disciplines, including advertising, public relations, digital marketing, and social media.
Experience using project management methodologies and tools to effectively manage projects and resources.
Experience managing budgets, tracking expenses, and analyzing campaign performance.
Ability to create and deliver compelling presentations to clients and internal stakeholders.
