Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Identify and pursue opportunities to grow revenue within existing accounts.
Act as the primary point of contact for all client communication and queries.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the seamless delivery of services to clients.
Develop and implement account management strategies to meet client and company objectives.
Analyse client needs and present tailored solutions to address their business challenges.
Prepare regular reports and updates on account performance and client feedback.
Stay updated on industry trends and maintain a strong understanding of competitors.
The Successful Applicant A successful Key Account Manager should have:
Proven experience in account management or a similar role within the Customer Service and fleet management.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting client relationships.
A results-driven approach with the ability to identify opportunities for growth.
Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple accounts effectively.
A proactive mindset and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with CRM tools and proficiency in using data to inform decision-making.
Proven track record of success in sales, with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
