A roofing business based in Durban is looking for a hardworking Accounts Manager to join their dynamic team. The core business is the manufacture of lightweight steel trusses and timber trusses, as well as manufacturing and installing seamless aluminium gutters. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES, NOT LIMITED TO:

• Represent the companyxe2x80x99s products and services to contractors, architects, engineers and developers.
• Meet weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets through the successful implementation of sales and marketing strategies and tactics
• Generate leads and build relationships
• Develop and implement territory plans
• Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional service and identification of potential new sales opportunities
• Identify appropriate prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycle to close new business in all service categories offered
• Prepare professional, complete, concise and accurate reports and proposals
• Achieve sales targets

REQUIREMENTS

• Excellent at admin and follow through - organised person with attention to detail
• Minimum 2 yearsxe2x80x99 experience in a similar position
• Proven sales success rate
• Excellent negotiating skills
• Willing and able to travel at least 50% of the time

Salary - R18,000.00 Car - Company Car - Toyota Urban Cruiser Commission - 2% of sales, paid once debtor has paid in full Note: Commission only kicks in once they have hit R1.2M sales in the month and then pays upwards from there, uncapped. Job Type: Full-time Salary: Up to R18,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:

• Durban, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
