Job Description
Job Title: Account Manager
Location: Claremont

Reports To: Managing Director
Employment Type: Full-Time / Shift-Based
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management
Optimize and manage monthly campaign performance and lead distribution Generate and allocate new leads to relevant teams Assign campaigns to the appropriate team members to maximize conversions
Administration & Workflow Management
Manage chargebacks and refunds where required Assist with monthly outflow of withdrawals for clients
Account & Sales Support
Develop sales scripts, pitches, and bundle offers for the sales team Compile monthly operational and performance reports Work closely with the Quality Analyst team to ensure regulatory compliance
Call Centre Support & Client Handling
Support call centre staff with day-to-day queries and escalation needs Act as a go-to problem solver for internal operational concerns Handle incoming client complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution Ensure high standards of customer service are upheld across all client touchpoints
General Support
Perform any ad hoc duties or special projects as required by management
Salary: R10 000 - R15 000 depending on experience
Operations experience: 5+ years
Shift: 11am - 9pm (transport provided)
