As an Account Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:
Managing client relationships and ensuring their needs are met with excellence.
Coordinating between creative, performance, and tech teams to deliver cohesive campaigns.
Analysing campaign performance and providing actionable feedback to optimize results.
Preparing and delivering detailed reports and presentations to clients.
Contributing to strategic planning sessions to align goals with client objectives.
At least 12 months of experience in an account management or strategy role, preferably in an agency setting.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics and platforms.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with precision.
A proactive, solutions-driven mindset.
