Responsibilities:

Develop and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within the existing customer base.
Drive growth in annual revenue by successfully managing existing accounts and acquiring new customers.
Monitor account performance metrics, providing regular updates and insights to both clients and the organization.

Requirements:

Completed tertiary qualification.
Minimum 5 years of account management experience in enterprise software required.
Open to travelling occasionally both domestically and internationally.
