Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow existing B2B accounts by delivering excellent service and value
Respond to inquiries and provide timely, accurate quotes for products and services
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and delivery
Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase order volume
Conduct outreach via email, calls, and social media to engage new leads
Maintain accurate records of communication and pipeline activity using CRM tools
Stay informed on product updates, market trends, and client needs
Meet or exceed monthly revenue goals and client retention metrics

Software/Platforms/Tools:
CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Stream CRM, Asana)
Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace
Communication tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom)

Qualifications:
At least 35 years of freelancing experience
Minimum 35 years in sales, client management, or B2B account servicing
Excellent communication skills (video-call ready, C1C2 proficiency)
Strong ability to build relationships and solve client problems proactively
Confident in handling outreach, quotes, and sales negotiations
Highly organized and dependable in a remote setting
Familiarity with digital wellness, DTC, or e-commerce is a plus
