A wonderful specialist, boutique branding & packaging agency is on the hunt for a passionate Junior - Mid Account Manager to work on-site at their Stellenbosch based studio.
The agency specialises in corporate brand identity, packaging, and strategy and they're looking for a dynamic and experienced Account Manager/Client Service Representative to join their team.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in client management. As an integral part of this agency team, you will be responsible for nurturing client relationships, managing projects, and ensuring the successful delivery of branding solutions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their needs, objectives, and preferences.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular communication, meetings, and presentations.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, strategy, and production, to develop and execute effective branding campaigns and projects.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure timely and successful completion.
• Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to clients based on industry trends, market insights, and best practices.
• Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project objectives and expectations.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to provide strategic recommendations and insights to clients

Requirements
The successful candidate must have/be:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and project management tools
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and the ability to provide innovative solutions to client challenges.
• Experience working with branding, advertising, or marketing campaigns is preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment while also working independently.
