Key Responsibilities:
Manage a diverse portfolio of short-term rental properties, ensuring optimal performance and guest satisfaction.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance property appeal and improve occupancy rates.
Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, offering expert guidance and support.
Coordinate with maintenance, cleaning, and guest service teams to ensure properties are guest-ready.
Analyse performance metrics and prepare reports on occupancy, revenue, and guest feedback.
Review and approve owner statements before distribution.
Requirements:
Strong technical computer skills across laptops, tablets, and mobile devices.
Availability to work one weekend per month.
Professional communication skills (email, phone, video, and text).
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Excellent time management with the ability to handle frequent changes and interruptions.
Highly responsive, reliable, and detail-oriented.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in property management, rental/short-term stay management, or sectional title/body corporate rule enforcement will be considered.
