A fast-growing and innovative service provider in the tax technology and compliance sector is seeking a dynamic Account Executive to join their high-performing team. This role is ideal for a strategic, solutions-driven individual with a background in sales and client engagement, particularly in tax, fintech, SaaS, or professional services environments.Key Responsibilities:Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, market research, and digital tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and ZoomInfo.Build and nurture long-term client relationships by offering tailored tax compliance solutions.Conduct solution-based sales presentations, clearly demonstrating value in addressing client pain points.Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring alignment with client expectations and internal capabilities.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Legal, Customer Success) to deliver a seamless onboarding and client satisfaction experience.Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory updates to inform sales strategies.Maintain a robust pipeline using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, reporting progress and key metrics to the Head of Sales.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field (postgraduate qualification advantageous).Minimum of 3 yearsxe2x80x99 experience in sales within the tax, fintech, SaaS, or professional services industry.Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Experience with CRM systems and sales tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and ZoomInfo.Self-motivated, highly organised, and results-oriented.Preferred Experience:Background in global tax compliance or VAT recovery solutions.Familiarity with regulatory software and tax technology platforms.Exposure to start-up or high-growth business environments.What Youxe2x80x99ll Gain:An opportunity to join a leading business in the tax technology sector, work with a team of passionate professionals, and contribute meaningfully to business growth in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.If you have not been contacted within 10 working days, please consider your application unsuccessful.
