My client, a market leader in the E-Commerce Industry has a vacamcy for an experienced Account Executive with experience in Brands at their offices in Modderfontein, East Rand.
My client, a leading and well know company in E-Commerce requires a competent and experienced Account Executive to join their dynamic team in Modderfontein.
This position is reporting to the Head of Retail.
CORE PURPOSE OF THE JOB
The Account Executive assumes responsibility for the management of their Client accounts.
They ensure all operational metrics are met and drive strategic imperatives in support of maintaining and growing the existing client business. The Account Executive is the primary contact for all client matters, they anticipate the clients needs and work within the company to ensure deadlines are met. They are also responsible for bringing in new business from their existing clients or onboarding new clients identified.
REQUIREMENTS:
Knowledge:
Proven track record of experience Service Culture, evidence of multi-tasking, organisation skills and ability to work under pressure and managing a team.
Computer skills, and thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis on excellent Excel skills.
Experience:
3-5 years proven work experience as an Account Manager preferably in E-Commerce dealing with Brands
Bachelors degree or higher in related field

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
In depth understanding of the Clients/Brands they are responsible for
Develop a trusting relationship with the client
Provide accurate and timeous reporting for campaigns and projects
Manage internal relationships and escalation protocols as agreed upon with client
Anticipating key account changes and improvements
Manage the priority requests as per clients input
Establishing and overseeing internal budgets with the company and external budgets with the client
Planning and presenting reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with team members and stakeholders.
Expanding relationships and bringing in new clients
Working with and leveraging all internal departments that are instrumental in the operational output to the client to ensure the highest quality of images and content are being produced
Ensure correct and accurate billing for the Client is done at month end
Ensure standards and quality of work outputs are established and maintained.
Manage the service levels across the departments
Ability to analyse data and sales statistics and translate results into better solutions.
Timeous and accurate reporting to client regards all key performance areas.
Regular meetings and work sessions with Clients
Oversee and responsible for Accurate Brand Library Management
Drive accurate and timeous asset updates with the team
Delivery of ( images and content) client requests within the agreed service levels
Timeous escalation of client requests and queries to the relevant departments ( Internal and External )
Managing Client project requirements
Understanding of systems and procedures
Ability to lead, nurture and inspire the team
Manage team members to deliver on critical performance areas
Add strategic value to the client relationship by increasing revenue
Increase operational efficiencies and automation in order to meet and exceed clients expectations.
