The Role:
We're looking for an experienced Account Executive to join our Cape Town sales team. This role is hands-on, outbound-led, and focused on selling to small and medium-sized hospitality businesses. You'll own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to close.
This role suits someone who loves the chase, knows how to run a structured sales process, and closes with confidence.
What you'll do:
Own the full sales cycle for SMB prospects, from first contact to signed deal
Drive outbound activity through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and creative prospecting
Run high-quality discovery calls and tailored product demos
Qualify opportunities using clear deal criteria and next steps
Close new business consistently against monthly and quarterly targets
Work with Customer Success to ensure smooth handovers and long-term value
Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting in CRM
Share feedback from the field to improve messaging, positioning, and product
What you bring:
Proven experience in SMB outbound sales, ideally in SaaS
Strong closing skills and a track record of hitting or exceeding targets
Confidence running demos and commercial conversations
Experience selling to hospitality businesses is a big plus
Comfort speaking to owners, GMs, and decision-makers
Structured, disciplined approach to pipeline and deal management
High energy, resilience, and ownership mentality
Fluent English required
Additional languages are a bonus, German is especially valuable
