About the Role:

We're looking for a proactive and people-focused

Account Executive

to join our team. In this role, you'll work closely with our existing clients, scheduling appointments, visiting them in person, and ensuring they get the most out of our marketing services.

Your main goal will be to provide clarity, answer questions, and resolve any issues quickly and professionally. You'll also help clients expand their services when needed, making sure they're happy and well-supported at every step.

Key Responsibilities:

Schedule and attend appointments with current clients. Meet clients in person to discuss their marketing needs. Provide clear explanations and guidance about our services. Address client questions or concerns promptly and professionally. Help clients expand or adjust their services when requested. Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.

Requirements:

A

and a valid

Code B driver's licence

Bilingual in English and Afrikaans.

Minimum of

2 years customer service experience

. Sales experience is a plus, but not required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Professional, reliable, and client-focused mindset.
