A global PR and creative communications agency with offices across Africa and Europe is looking for a seasoned Account Director. With a team made up of top-tier strategists, journalists, copywriters and digital pros, they deliver award-winning work for global industry leaders.
What the job involves..
Leading the development and execution of sophisticated PR strategies across Sub-Saharan Africa
Managing high-profile client relationships and providing strategic counsel
Mentoring and guiding account teams for efficient and cohesive delivery
Building and leveraging relationships with key media and influencers
Overseeing innovative campaign rollouts including crisis and reputation management
Monitoring and analysing campaign performance to deliver actionable insights
Driving measurable results through strategic storytelling and digital savvy
What you need to be considered..
7+ years of experience in PR, ideally with both consumer and B2B clients
Strong leadership and client relationship skills
Proven ability to deliver impactful PR strategies under pressure
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment
A strategic mindset with a sharp grasp of digital and media landscapes
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field
Bonus points if you..
