Who are we: An Advertising Consultancy operating in the Communication, Retail, Legal, IT and Financial sectors.Who are we looking for: Account Director.What will you do:Responsibilities:xc2xb7 You will be responsible for managing an existing portfolio of clients and also be involved with all pitching/RFQ/RFP processesxc2xb7 Create budgets, - manage spend and propose more cost-effective or innovative ways of maximising spend against ROIxc2xb7 Ensure adequate support and manageable workloadxc2xb7 Ability to identify opportunities to expand current portfolio and diversify through recognising the opportunity to cross-sell or upsellxc2xb7 Communicate expectations and manage delivery, budgets and reportsxc2xb7 Manage all day-to-day activities relating to the client accountxc2xb7 Work in partnership with the creative teams to provide excellent creative solution for your client's needs at all timesxc2xb7 Provide feedback and counsel to account staff to meet quotas/objectivesWhat will you need:xc2xb7 Minimum 6 years proven experience as an Account Director or similar relevant agency positionxc2xb7 Tertiary qualification in either Marketing, B.Comm. or Advertisingxc2xb7 Experience in managing teams and large accountsxc2xb7 At least 6 yearsxe2x80x99 having been directly accountable to work with client, liaise and engage on (illustrating sound understanding) budgets, price quotes/CEs and invoices
