Position overview: A full-time position is available at our Marble Hall Feed Mill. The successful candidate will have an important role in supporting the company's finance and administrative functions. The key responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to the following:
Minimum Requirements
Grade 12
3-Year proven admin experience
Basic Accounting Skills
Must be computer literate with sound knowledge of Excel.
People skills
Must be fully bilingual (English and Afrikaans
Duties and Responsibilities
Submit credit note requests to the head office and distribute once processed.
Verify and/or capture outgoing transport transactions.
Keep and distribute reports and capture the relevant transactions on Syspro.
Processing of expenses.
Create proforma invoices and complete border documents as required.
Rotation of functions within the Admin Department.
Filing of documents.
Participating in the weekly plant stock take.
General Administration
