Overview of the Role

The Accommodation Coordinator will work in our fun, fast-paced Operations function.

The candidate will work fast, and bring considerable experience compiling lists, data, and working off our internal booking systems. This role is for someone who enjoys doing all the administrative tasks effectively and accurately, has a keen eye for detail and organization - where things are done right.

This role requires always taking accountability and responsibility, ensuring that our suppliers and Tour Leaders receive accurate, relevant and timely information required to guarantee a successful tour for our clients.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Ensure all supplier-based operational documentation is prepared and updated in a timely and accurate manner. Responsible for ensuring the Tour Leader team has the correct tour documentation at the appropriate time Ensure that rooming has been sent to the supplier at the respective deadlines, as well as room reductions at the appropriate deadline All operational administrative tasks are completed on time for all tour departures

Essential Skills & Requirements

Excellent attention to detail Good communication skills both written and verbal Excellent planning, time-management, and organizational skills Min 1-2 years of administrative experience in a professional and fast-paced environment Ability to take direction, and follow through Highly focused on delivering quality work Very good numerical and analytical skills Excellent working knowledge of the Google suite of products (Google Docs, Google Sheets, GDrive, etc) Self-disciplined, proactive, reliable, and accountable
