Specific Role Responsibilities
Sales Generation:
Promote and sell a wide range of automotive accessories, including but not limited to, car electronics, exterior and interior accessories, maintenance products, and performance parts.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as set by the Sales Manager.
Identify new sales opportunities and build a strong customer base within the target market.
Customer Relationship Management:
Provide expert product advice, educate customers on the latest automotive trends, and suggest the best products based on customer needs.
Offer tailored solutions to customers' requirements, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely and professional manner.
Product Knowledge:
Stay up to date with the latest automotive accessory trends, technologies, and product offerings.
Be well-versed in the specifications, installation processes, and benefits of the accessories you sell.
Conduct product demonstrations and explain features and benefits to customers.
Inventory and Merchandising:
Assist in managing stock levels, ensuring that best-selling and seasonal products are well stocked.
Ensure displays are visually appealing and organized, promoting the accessibility of products.
Monitor inventory levels, provide regular reports on stock, and highlight products that need replenishment.
Sales Reporting:
Keep accurate records of sales transactions and customer interactions.
Provide regular sales reports to the Sales Manager, detailing performance, customer feedback, and opportunities for improvement.
Market Research:
Stay informed about competitors' offerings, pricing, and promotions.
Gather customer feedback to identify trends, demands, and potential areas of growth for the product line.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the marketing and after-sales teams to ensure smooth product launches and customer retention initiatives.
Coordinate with the logistics department to ensure timely delivery of accessories to customers.
Customer Follow-up:
Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Upsell and cross-sell additional automotive products to enhance the customer experience.

Qualifications and Experience
Experience:
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in the automotive industry or related sectors.
Experience with automotive accessories or aftermarket products is highly desirable.
Technical Knowledge:
Strong understanding of automotive accessories and aftermarket products.
Ability to explain technical specifications and installation processes to customers in an easy-to-understand manner.
Education:
Diploma or a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
