Eduvos is seeking to employ the services of Academic Administrator at our Midrand campus on a fixed term basis.
Type of Position:
- Fixed Term (1 Year)
To support all the academic administration functions (including assessment administration, recordkeeping of student data, enrolment functions, etc.) at the Pretoria campus.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum qualification:
- Grade 12
- Tertiary qualification will be preferable.
At least one years' administrative experience, preferably in Assessment Administration, in the higher education environment.
Duties and Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
As the Academic Administrator, you will be primarily responsible for the following:
- Provide assessment administration service (Information Systems Administrator only on request)
- Student query handling and resolution
- Assist with administration of enrolment process
- Assist with administration of graduation
- Assist with CAT, RPL or qualification change applications
- Contributes to Atrisk tracking process
- Extended studies contract (Information Systems Certificates only)
