RESPONSIBILITY:

The Valuations Review and Advisory Committee (VRAC) plays an important role in providing informed feedback and advice to the Valuer-General with regard to the performance of the OVGxe2x80x99s valuations functions. This review and advisory mechanism also serve to provide confidence in the integrity of the practices of the OVG. The VRAC performs its role by providing independent review and advise to the Valuer-General.

Extensive experience in the area of Valuations / Real Estate broadly (immovable, movable and business properties).

• Registered with the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants (SAICA) as CA (SA).
• A minimum of 5 yearsxe2x80x99 experience in business valuations and/or the analysis of financial statements.
