Luxury 5-Star Big5 Lodge in need of a young and dynamic GM Couple
- 5 years minimum experience in a LODGE OPERATIONS/MANAGEMENT position
- Tertiary Hospitality / Business qualification will be beneficial
- Strong F&B background with good wine knowledge
- Superior command of the English language
- Strong management couple who excel in Front of House, Lodge Administration & Operations Management
- Professional and presentable with sober habits
- Be guest-centric ensuring a great experiences
- Must be proven & experienced in managing, training and cost control
- Effective leadership & management skills
- Plan and manage lodge operations effectively
- Drive the broader goals of the group as required by Head Office
- South African ID and Drivers License (Own Vehicle will be beneficial)
