Job Summary

A 5* Bush Lodge situated just outside of the world renowned Serengeti Park seeks to employ an experienced Management Couple with good guest and operations skills.

Must have full knowledge of both back office as well as front of house, excellent food and beverage and hosting skills, excellent bush knowledge and an depth knowledge of dealing with guests.

Minimum 6 years lodge management experience in
strong
Africa
/strong
and currently be holding a GM position in a 4-5 star operation with a minimum of 8 rooms. Ideally the couple need to have worked together for at least 4 years.

Tertiary degree or diploma essential as is part of the visa requirements. Applicants who do not have the above specific management experience, will not be contacted or communicated with!

3 months on 1 month off work cycle. FGASA and PDP would be a distinct advantage.

Candidates to start asap, for training and the contract starts in October. benefits include accommodation, meals, medical evacuation, return annual flights to point of origin, flights to and from Arusha on days off, salary in range of US$ 5 500 - US$ 6000 per month excluding NSSF which is payable to the TZ government at Apply Below%, a type of pension which is then claimable at the end of the contract.
