Location: Gauteng (Hybrid) (Willing and able to travel internationally)

xc2xb7 Very strong knowledge in JAVA, LINUX, AWS technologies and relational databases

ADVANTAGEOUS SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:

WHAT WILL BE YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES?
xc2xb7 Understand the business requirements, preparing AS-IS, and TO-BE documents and get sign-off from users for functional and/or technical design document(s).
xc2xb7 Proactively propose solutions to improve the support of (new) business processes.
xc2xb7 Executing the required changes through configuration.
xc2xb7 Interact with consultants of other modules for Integration requirements.
xc2xb7 Preparing test data and documentation, Conducting Unit tests, Regression tests, System Integration security tests including recording of results and change management (transport) activities.
xc2xb7 Preparing User manuals and conducting training to business process owners.
xc2xb7 Planning of go live milestones, planning, preparation and execution of migration, cutover and Go-Live as well as post Go-Live support activities.
xc2xb7 Interaction with clients through meetings, calls and emails.
xc2xb7 Support the troubleshooting, resolving and closing of Production Support tickets (Incidents & Problems tickets) within defined SLAxe2x80x99s (Service Level Agreements).
xc2xb7 User interface transactional solutions.
xc2xb7 Analyse and scope End-user authorisation roles.
xc2xb7 Update and maintain documentation as an existing systemxe2x80x99s functionality is changed.
xc2xb7 Willing and able to travel
xc2xb7 Execution according to the Agile Methodology and attending of all team meetings, including Stand-ups, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospectives, Sprint Planning meetings etc.
xc2xb7 Ensure availability to work on weekends and public holidays when required
xc2xb7 Daily use of the Agile Tool Chain, as per the updates required by the respective feature team(s).
