Job Overview:
This role offers an exciting opportunity to apply accounting expertise while gaining valuable experience in technical and client support. Training will be provided on the relevant software.
The purpose of the role is to log, respond to and resolve customers' financial queries and problems related to products and services
Requirements:
- Experience in Bookkeeping as well as an aptitude for learning new software
- Matric or equivalent qualification
- Qualification or Certificate in Bookkeeping or IT Support beneficial
- Log cases specific to Bookkeeping
- Troubleshoot and resolve incoming support cases
- Investigating cases in terms of Bookkeeping
- Analysing and troubleshooting basic IT Software issues
