The purpose of the sales agent is to sell funeral cover policies to the clients:

• We are looking for energetic money- hungry sales agents to sell funeral policies
• Sales agents are responsible for identifying sales opportunities for insurance plans (Policy/funeral cover) and overseeing a portfolio of clients, these professionals are responsible for identifying risk management strategies, handling policy renewals, and tracking claims.
• Regularly interact with customers to understand their needs and recommend the right products and services for them.
• Effectively utilize industry software and technology to improve the customer experience.
• Participate in training and seek opportunities to improve operations
• Emotional intelligence. This includes the ability to listen and empathize with clients on a deeper level in order to discern what they really want and need. A good agent is tactful and knows how to help a client see financial reality clearly, even when the client is dead set against it.

• No less than 1 year Call Centre sales agent experience in an Outbound environment selling funeral covers. Attend to inbound and outbound calls.
• Short term or Long term experience.
