This position is responsible for risk management which includes recoveries of stolen and hijacked vehicles and liaising with local law enforcement and ground recovery teams. This position will form part of the 24/7 Recovery Operations subdivision. The role will operate on a rotational 24/7 shift basis
Main job functions:
Handling alarms received according to the alarm procedure.
Track and position requests from SAPS and ground recovery teams.
Initiate recoveries on confirmed stolen vehicles and hijacked vehicles.
Liaise with SAPS and the ground recovery team on the location of the vehicle.
Retrieve all information related to the stolen and hijacked vehicles.
Liaise with the clients on the progress and development of the recovery.
Monitor dormant units and escalate active cases.
Monitor applications and dashboards.
Compile daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Capture and update information on all relevant platforms.
Complete investigations on risk-defined KPI's
Qualifications and experience:
Minimum Matric or equivalent.
Must have a driver's license.
Prior experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or contact center environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Fluent in two languages, one of which must be English.
Must be computer literate.
Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, as per business requirements.
