Knowledge of data modelling, business intelligence, business analytics, process management, requirements engineering and confident handling of modelling tools.
Solid knowledge of the entire software development process and the associated acceptance testing.
Knowledge of AWS and Cloud solutions
Technical language skills and business process understanding
Knowledge of technical standards and tools such as XML, Jira or Confluence
Understanding of Agile Development Process
Understanding of systems engineering concepts
Understanding of AWS Cloud Hosting Principles
Understanding of Modelling techniques and method
Understanding of integration between different technologies
Understanding of Process and conceptual diagram documentation
Coordination between development and support environments
Assisting with the business case
Planning and monitoring
Eliciting requirements
Translating and simplifying requirements
Document requirements in appropriate format depending on methodology followed
Assist with identification and management of risks
WHICH QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE DO WE NEED FOR THE ROLE?
IT Degree and/or relevant qualifications
APM and/or PMP or related certification
3+ years experience as Roll Out Manager
WHAT WILL BE YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES?
Moderate & support Status quo assessment for live markets during biweekly meetings with all stakeholders
Understand markets current infrastructure and current white spots
Present & explain UVR standard processes to market
Monitor live operation critical issues & following up on solution delivery
Decide if a new requirement must be initiated according to the internal process
High-level description as a basis for Sub-POs to evaluate the requirements template
Align with market to ensure correctness of the description
Monitor & report requirements maturity levels
Hand over requirements to Capability Owner (CO)
Foster alignment between all parties
Recognize UVR template deviations
Oversee functionality of E2E processes
General support to ascertain that IFC content reflects markets needs
Verify correctness of non-technical & functional details
Organize kick off sessions with providers
Obtain provider timeline confirmation
Ensure that IFC is signed (& returned) by all parties
Support technical exchange between market, HQ, provider
Align with providers during implementation to solve potential issues
Involve test team to align on test dates
Align on a holistic test plan with all stakeholders (Pre-SIT, SIT, E2E) incl. test cases
Coordinate E2E test provision (incl. review) with the markets
Align with operations & IT on Go-Live and release To Dos
Monitor tests throughout SIT & UAT and escalate issues were necessary
Act as first contact for operational questions
Follow up markets status after go-Live, identify potential hot fixes where critical business impediments
