WHICH QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE DO WE NEED FOR THE ROLE?

xc2xb7 Minimum of 5 years of IT operations experience
xc2xb7 Minimum of 3 years of ITIL work experience.
xc2xb7 Minimum of 3 years of Scrum work experience

WHAT WILL BE YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES?
In the Platform IDP subproduct, we provide the platform identity providers for the Group. In doing so, we rely on the consistent use of standards. You ensure the future viability for the application development of IT. Ability to innovate, and a highly efficient operation of the web infrastructure are a success factor of the Group.
We offer you an innovative and challenging field of activity in the Platform IDP subproduct. With our central authentication solutions as an optimal basis for the development of cloud applications (e.g., microservices) and solutions related to the Internet of Things on platforms such as SAP, AWS, and AZURE. As part of your job, you will be responsible for the implementation of authentication solutions and increase the level of automation of the deployed solutions as an enabler for "Leading Edge Operations".
You analyse market trends with foresight and pro-actively build the required know-how.
You work very closely with the web operations and the platform and infrastructure partners of the IT and Business organization on the solutions. You actively coordinate with the users of the solutions, the solution architects as well as the IT security. In an international and challenging environment, you will advise the architect network, strategic software development projects and application management and you are responsible for the implementation and maintenance of the solutions.
xc2xb7 Perform StartUp Management (Go-live preparation and post Go-live support) based on the already performed Proof of Concept, in particular.
o by providing the relevant documentation in the Product Depot (e.g. security documentation, functional documentation, operations manual),
o define reliable processes for application onboarding (authentication and provisioning),
o conducting the required tests (functional, integration, smoke tests)

xc2xb7 Responsible for maintenance and operations (Dev/Ops), in particular
o the maintenance of the integration into the central systems for Identity & Access Management (RightNow and WebEAMnext) as well as towards the central HR system to cover SAP specific authentication scenarios
o the application onboardings (authentication: SAML / OIDC + provisioning: SCIM)
o handling Tickets and Tasks with the responsibility for closing the same within defined SLAs (Service Level Agreements)
o responsible for troubleshooting issues for the system and providing support
o executing the required changes through configuration and coding (SCIM)
o executing the analysis and resolution of Production Support calls
o carrying out regression testing after each release of the SaaS software

xc2xb7 Interactions through meetings, calls and emails:
o with central product owner for Platform Identity Providers where SAP CIS is positioned as a subproduct
o with Feature Teams of other IAM products
o with clients (app owners)
SubProduct Owner:
xc2xb7 Working closely with the WEBEAM Product Owner and the Line manager to steer and support the feature team(s) from a technical point of view.
xc2xb7 Manage a technical team in the Sub Product Owner role to fulfil the prioritised requirements for IDP SAP CIS product using agile methodologies.
xc2xb7 Collaborate with Business and IT Product Owners and colleagues across multiple products and countries.
xc2xb7 Be the first point of contact for product owners, operations teams and testers regarding any queries relating to requirements and tech quality
xc2xb7 Guide the team on how to promote efficiency out of self-organized teams.
xc2xb7 Monitor team development progress and ensure that user stories are completed on time.
xc2xb7 Responsible for SAP CIS of central sector and their guidelines
xc2xb7 Timely escalations of Sub Product risks to the Product Owners if timelines, deliverables, or operational goals cannot be fulfilled
xc2xb7 Forecast and plan for resources, infrastructure, and licenses for the team in coordination with the Product Owner and Line manager in charge.
xc2xb7 Assist to ensure stability of systems and adherence of the team to Groups Operations standards.
xc2xb7 Assist to maintain a stable Operations standby list for the team.
xc2xb7 Assist Product Owner in identifying tech resource gaps within the team.
xc2xb7 Assist Product Owner in identifying additional training required within the teams
xc2xb7 Mentor team
xc2xb7 Ensure quality and up to date content of the knowledge base for the sub-product
xc2xb7 Ensure quality and up to date content of the Sub-Product and compliancy required documentation
xc2xb7 Manage Problem, Incident and Change process for dedicated ITSM service

xc2xb7 Keep documentation up to date in all relevant systems (e. g. as is configuration CMDB/Application Instance Wizard, to be configuration Connect IT, knowledge database resolveIT)
