The purpose of this position is to provide end-to-end administrative support across the HR value chain and to implement, maintain and update workforce and organizational structures within the HR system to support efficient workforce planning, ensuring the system reflects the current state of the organization.
Detailed description
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following key performance areas:
To provide end-to-end administrative support services across HR disciplines.
To perform administrative work independently, within established HR practices, processes and regulations ensuring compliance with the Bank's standards, policies and guidelines.
To evaluate and address HR queries, direct and/or escalate more complex issues to the immediate line manager/team leader and/or other internal HR professional.
To maintain accurate HR information/records management system and ensure that the information is accessible, up to date and complies with governance and legislative requirements.
To implement, maintain and update workforce and organizational structures and job profiles within the HR system to support efficient workforce planning, ensuring the system reflects the current state of the organization.
To implement approved structural changes, manage HR data for accuracy, prepare reports, and handle queries related to the organizational structure.
To provide management information to the immediate line manager/team leader as required for effective reporting.
To process invoices and execute on the operational budgets based on the budget guidelines in consultation with relevant stakeholders to meet the SARB's budgetary deadlines.
To adhere to agreed timelines and service level agreements in the execution and delivery of outputs.
To engage with the internal HR team, client departments and external stakeholders to ensure optimal service delivery.
To proactively broaden HR knowledge and display a willingness to make improvements in own work (including methods and practices).
To provide support to project teams on ad-hoc projects and tasks when required.
* To evaluate own performance against given criteria, identify and address task specific learning needs with the immediate line manager.
