xc2xb7 Fluent Business English (Verbal & written)
xc2xb7 Fluent Business Spanish (Verbal & written)
ADVANTAGEOUS SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
Information Technology Qualification (Advantageous, but not a pre-requisite)
WHICH QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE DO WE NEED FOR THE ROLE?
Two years IT related working experience
WHAT WILL BE YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES?
xc2xb7 IT experience delivering operations support services.
xc2xb7 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail
xc2xb7 Provide Production Support (IT) for all BMW Plants outside of Germany.
xc2xb7 Be the telephone call receipt of IT incidents related to production issues.
xc2xb7 Pre-qualify IT-incidents and classify additional relationships.
xc2xb7 Fix incidents in IT systems in accordance with User manuals.
xc2xb7 Monitor IT system error messages and process accordingly.
xc2xb7 Provide guidance throughout the Incident management processes.
xc2xb7 Initiate the IT escalation process, when required.
xc2xb7 Process email requests
xc2xb7 Serve as an xe2x80x9cInformation channelxe2x80x9d for Management and end-users.
xc2xb7 Work shifts as part of a team providing 24 x 7 x 365 support.
